Buat Reverse DNS (PTR Record) untuk Email Deliverability​

Login WHM : Home / Service Configuration / Exim Configuration Manager

Cari Basic Editor > Domains and IPs

Disable "Use the reverse DNS entry for the mail HELO/EHLO if available" Enable Reference /etc/mailhelo for custom outgoing SMTP HELO

Akses terminal dan jalankan

nano /etc/mailhelo
jagoankodecloud.com: ganetrepvblicmail.jagoankodecloud.com
*: ganetrepvblicmail.jagoankodecloud.com
systemctl restart exim

Lapor Datacenter untuk ganti value PTR Record ke: srv9mail.jagoankodecloud.com
